Our role, stated plainly
PestReach USA is a referral service, not a pest control company. We do not employ technicians, we do not carry out treatments, and we do not set the prices for work done at your property. What we do is connect people who have a pest problem with independent local pest control professionals who handle that kind of problem in that area — and publish the local pest guides on this site so you can understand what you are dealing with before you call.
When you call the number on this site, your call is routed to a local provider in our network. That provider inspects your property, explains the plan and their terms directly to you, and is solely responsible for the work, the products used, and any agreement you enter into with them. Providers in the network state that they are licensed as required in their service areas and carry their own insurance; we recommend confirming both before work begins, just as you would with any tradesperson you hire.
Why the site is built on local data
Pest pressure is geography. The termite risk of a Gulf Coast suburb, the tick pressure of a New England town and the scorpion reality of a desert city are different problems that happen to share a category. Every city and county guide on this site is therefore built from that area's own climate record (NOAA data) and housing data (US Census), so the pests, seasons and risks described are the ones the data supports for that place — not generic text with a city name pasted in.
What we will not do
We do not publish prices we cannot honour, reviews we cannot verify, or promises no honest provider would make. You will not find miracle cures, invented ratings or pressure tactics here. If a provider's plan sounds too good to be true when they explain it, ask questions — a trustworthy professional expects them.
