Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use this site or call the number displayed on it, we may receive the information needed to connect you with a local provider: your phone number, the general location of the property, and a description of the pest problem. The site also uses analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy) to understand which pages are used.

How we use it

We use the information you provide for one purpose: routing your enquiry to an independent local pest control provider who can inspect and quote for the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives it

Your enquiry details are shared with the local provider your call or enquiry is routed to, so they can respond. That provider is an independent business with its own privacy practices, which govern their handling of your information after the introduction.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you or ask for it to be deleted by writing to the email address on our contact page. If you no longer wish to be contacted by a provider we introduced, tell them directly and tell us as well so we can note it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
