PestReach USA operates this website as a referral service. We connect enquirers with independent local pest control providers. We are not a pest control company, we do not perform pest control work, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a provider.
Providers in the network are independent businesses. They state that they are licensed as required in their service areas and insured, but we do not warrant their work, their pricing or their availability. Any agreement about scope, price, schedule or warranty is between you and the provider.
The guides on this site are general information about pests and pest control, built from public climate and housing data. They are not a substitute for a professional inspection of your property, and pest identification or treatment decisions should be made by a qualified local professional.
To the extent permitted by law, PestReach USA is not liable for the acts, omissions, work or pricing of any provider introduced through this site, or for decisions made in reliance on the general information published here.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is the one published on this page.
